Candidate Profile

ABA is preparing for a period of growth and welcomes professionals with the requisite experience and qualifications to apply.

Candidates should hold a business degree and/or MBA, preferably with an aviation related discipline, as well as having management experience in industry. Previous employment in either airline operations or airport development and operations would be ideal.

At this time ABA would be specifically interested in interviewing candidates with strong asset finance skills gained through experience in the banking or leasing sectors. Experience in recruitment and human resources would also be a distinct advantage.

The business is international in scope. Candidates should be willing to travel abroad, occasionally to some of the more “interesting” regions of the world. Foreign language ability would be advantageous
