ABA has over 25 years experience in aircraft trading of all types and regularly puts this expertise to its clients’ advantage.

Acting on the client’s behalf, ABA will research the global market, conduct pre-buy inspections, ensure airworthiness compatibility within the jurisdictions of aircraft registry and operation, negotiate contract terms, execute the transaction, and if needed, deliver the aircraft and undertake all legal proceedings related to the export/import process.
Professional fees are agreed upfront and structured on an individual basis according to the target acquisition price. During the acquisition and pre-buy phases, ABA coordinates the necessary team of third party expertise to carry out focused diagnostics on engines, APU, other heavy duty rotables, records and avionics. These costs, and all others, are budgeted beforehand and passed on at direct cost. The net result comprises a professionally negotiated and conducted acquisition in which ABA generally saves its clients very much more than its professional fee.
ABA can also arrange financing that is compatible with a client’s financial and fiscal goals. Please refer to the Financing & Leasing page for more information.
